Loomis Equestrian Center on Folsom Lake
The property is two lots totalling 8.5 acres. The second parcel is a
small strip at the northern end of the property.
The zoning is 4.6 acres, but the second parcel may allow for a
second buildable lot to be created.
With or without a second buildable lot, the current configuration allows a
second house to be built on the property. So, a person could build
a nice house north of the creek and keep the current house
for a manager of the boarding business.
The current house is a modular house, but it is quite nice.
