*Regional Property Manager & Commercial Manager from Sac to L.A.

I began my career back when I was just 16 years old. I started out cleaning Hotel Rooms in Lake Tahoe where I lived with my parents in Incline Village Neveda. I quickly rose to a Large Condo Rential Project "Clos Dul Lac" in Incline Viallage. After managing  for a few years there, I started my own company with my Sister Kathy, "Kleening with KLass". We mainly did higher end Homes and Rentals around the Lake. When my parents got tired of the snow we all relaocated to Maui, Hawaii. For the next few years my career again grew as I started out in Management for Liberty House, Kahalui, then to managment on site position with the "Maui Islander Hotel" Lahaina, Maui. After enjoying living there and having a blast in Maui, I wanted to challenge myself with more challenging position so I accepted a position with "The Sheraton Maui", Kaanapalli Beach. I worked there for a long time. I enjoyed my job very much even though being one of few tall bondes women prooved to be challening living where I was the "minority". Especially being a boss. After deciding to start a family I returned to this area and took a few years off and enjoyed being a Mom. When my girls were older I again transferred my skills to management into Apartment Management as many different positions within the RE field. Each bulding block up to top management/ marketing positions.

 

After I hit management I had many positions within the Sacramento Area. One them I enjoyed was managing and assisting flipping Apartment Communities from Drug inhabited slums to classy Apartment Communities and re-renting them to better clientele and then selling them with the Huntington Colliers Group. After they decided not to be in the Apartment Business any further, I then got into Commercial Management and Regional Multifamily Management from Sacramanto to Los Angelos.

 

I now help to manage homes in the Sacramento area. Just call for any information or to request a walk through and estimate of rental income. I specialize still in flipping homes, Move outs and rerents, and all faucets of Property Management. I manage small apartments or Four plexs and can do such jobs as collecting from Laundrymat to your bank account, collecting rents, managing repairs, and down to evictions. I am experiencing in Court and have never lost a case.
