Job History
I started my Re-sale career with "Century 21 Select" where I excelled in my first year. I transferred to "Coldwell Banker" in 2000 and became a Top Listing Agent, achieving many awards. I knew I was onto something positive. Therefore, I transfered my business to "Remax Gold" where my business tripled my first year! Over 20 Million in Sales for 2004. Approaching the present condition of the Real Estate market, I knew it was necessary to position myself with the area's Leading Top Company, therefore in 2006 I joined forces with "Lyon Real Estate". I had always admired Michael Lyon with his knowledge and experience, and maintaining a top quality team of agents.
Becoming a Team Leader in 2006 as my business continued to grow, I added a team of Buyers Agents to assist when times are heavy. This group is very well diverse in their area, knowledge, and background each bringing a special piece to the puzzle. Giving me the necessary support required to maintain an average 5-12 listings monthly. I am lucky to have such dedicated, hard working individuals on my team. Together we make a great, strong, production oriented team... ready for your business!
I throughly enjoyed my time with Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Re/max Gold and Lyon Real Estate for the past four years as my career continues. With my many friendships that were established over the years with each company. I feel so fortunate to have known and worked with some of the best first hand. I too am a Bay Area transplant, long before everyone starting moving up here from the Bay Area and Southern California in 1977. I believe this helps me to understand what you may be looking for. Born in Redwood City, California and raised in Danville, California for 16 years, most of my youth was filled with cheer-leading and horses. This area reminds me of what Danville used to be like, long ago. After leaving Danville, I resided in Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Nevada, a short time in Oregon and then Maui, Hawaii. I've lived in some beautiful places during my life. That's why I appreciate the beauty of each home and it's surroundings in our area now.
I have two beautiful girls Candace Ann and Christina Nichole, ages 27 and 29. And two beautiful Grandaughters Mykyla Alize, 2 1/2 and my newest.... Paytin Kathleen 1 1/2. Respectfully named after my sister Kathy Jones who died of Breast Cancer in 2002. My initial fellow partner in Real Estate.
My family is what I am most proud of and it is the most important thing in the world to me in my life. I raised my girls on my own and I am so proud of them and how they turned out. They are beautiful women inside & out. My Grandaughters are the next generation and I couldn't be more happy with. SO MUCH FUN!! Just can't wait for Disneyland in 5 years!!

Hobbies
My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling anywhere and everywhere, visits to the beach or Napa anytime, visiting my cabin in Tahoe, hiking, working out at the Gym, Yoga, lifting weights, swimming, boating, camping in my new trailer, gardening, landscaping, canning, cooking, flipping any home(including the ever changing one I live in), Jet Skiing, SPIN, eating healthy and staying healthy. And being a great Mom and Grandma!! The best loved job anyone could have.

Things you may not know about Leslie....
I have lived high on a mountain top in Lake Tahoe and been snowed in many times!
I lived on Maui for many years and consider myself very lucky to have enjoyed breathtaking sunsets, hiked Haleakala each weekday morning (with my Sista Kathy, now deceased) and snorkeled Black Rock and Molokini many times with my kids as they grew up..I will always look forward to returning again and again!
Maui will always be my home and I leave there a big piece of my heart & many great memories of my parents, my sister and my brother there that will always remain, dear to my heart.
Was a Computer Science major in College.
Held my sister in my arms, as she passed away of Breast Cancer.
Experienced the birth of both my Granddaughters, and even cut the cord for my first one, Mikyla!
My first job was a Waitress/Car Hop at "A & W" Restaurant in San Ramon, California at the age of 15.
Worked in management for the "Sheraton Maui" on Kaanapalli during a Tsunami warning and a full hotel of Tourists!!
Was a Meter Reader for PG&E and used to walk around 14 miles a day!
Been poor.
Been a Millionaire.
Have strong family values & work ethics.
Love a challenge!

As a Bay Area Transplant I love to return to San Francisco atleast once a year and enjoy the wonderful places my Grandma took me as a child. I love to remember what it was like to be a kid in such a beautiful City! I return yearly to enjoy a bike ride trip from Fishermans Wharf over the Golden Gate Bridge... down to Sausalito.
4th ANNUAL RIDE OVER THE GOLDEN GATE 4/10 on my 50th birthday!
